The pathological diagnosis is gold standard.This study using the thymosin a1 intervention serological immune markers plasma cell mastitis rabbit model before and after the change (including immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM, CD4/CD8 positive cells percentage) to explore thymosin a1 pulpcell mastitis immune mechanisms. This study through the use of patient plasma cell mastitis sterile diseased tissue homogenates inoculated into rabbits to induce lesions and detection of lesions in rabbits serological immune indicators change, analysis of plasma cell mastitis occurrence of the development of B, T lymphocytes and macrophages changes possible relationship with the disease further to investigate plasma cell mastitis immune pathogenesis, and thymosin a1 provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of plasma cell mastitis.
