This part main concludes two aspects: for one part is to explore the connotation, the reasonable as well as the means of educational phenomena through Marxist historical materialism methodology; for another part, from the scope of the philosophical category, the paradigm category, as well as the method paradigm to discuss the phenomena of education under the new paradigm Methodology. Part IV: Through the methodological perspective of Marxist historical materialism to analyze the basic category of educational phenomenon. Using the methodology of Marxist historical materialism, we have abstracted the education phenomenon in four aspects:educational activities, education TiZhi, education system and education concept. Later, we have analyzed the basic logic of the relationship between these four education phenomenon areas. Part V: According the three following aspects to throw cast on the significance of the research issue: first, it helps to build a new framework of education works; second, it is good for the current education reform; last but not least, it can contribute the research of the research methodology of social phenomenon as well.
