PAGE PAGE 1 结直肠癌肝转移的外科治疗现况 中文摘要 【目的】本文通过查阅近十年相关结直肠癌肝转移的国内外文献报道，总结直肠 癌肝转移的最新治疗进展，从而了解结直肠肝转移癌的手术治疗，以便指导结直 肠癌的外科治疗。 【方法】以结直肠癌、肝转移癌、肝切除等为关键词，在中国知网、万方数据库 及Pubmed英文数据库中，查找2005年至2015年近10年有关结直肠癌肝转移治疗的 文献资料；在蚌埠医学院校图书馆查找结直肠肛门外科、腹部外科、肝胆外科等 相关书籍，总结了结直肠癌肝转移的最新进展。 【结果】在结直肠癌原发灶及肝转移灶可达到根治性切除的情况下，手术切除是 首要的治疗手段；根据术前、术后的患者具体情况，再结合新辅助化疗、射频消 融、门静脉栓塞等非手术治疗，可明显提高手术切除率，使患者明显受益。 【结论】结直肠癌原发灶及肝转移癌的治疗以手术治疗为主要治疗方式，在辅以 新辅助化疗、射频等非手术治疗，可明显改善患者预后，提高生存率。 【关键词】结直肠癌；肝转移癌；肝切除 The Status surgical treatment of colorectal liver metastases Abstract Object In this paper, a review of the past decade related liver metastases of colorectal cancer reported in the literature, summarized the latest progress in the treatment of liver metastases of colorectal cancer, in order to understand colorectal cancer and liver surgery, in order to guide the surgical treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods In colorectal cancer, liver metastases, liver resection as key words in China HowNet, Wanfang database and Pubmed database in English, find literature from 2005 to 2015 nearly 10 years about the treatment of liver metastases of colorectal cancer; Find bengbu Medical University Library of Colorectal Anal surgery, abdominal surgery, hepatobiliary surgery and other related books, summarize recent advances in surgical liver metastases of colorectal cancer.
