“被动房”技术在我国老旧房屋改造 中的应用 姚越李海旺 太原理工大学建筑与土木工程学院 摘要： 在全世界范围内可持续建筑的研究领域当屮，“被动房”技术作为重要的研究 对象，越来越受到国内建筑行业的重视。总体来说，“被动房”技术就是运用合 理且环保的技术使建筑所需能源最小化，做到建筑热量损耗最小化。在我国，老 旧房屋的改造己经在我国建筑行业占据较大比例，由于我国用于建筑的土地面 积越来越少，而且国民渐渐意识到利用农耕用地作为建筑用地实为不妥，因此， 改造老旧房屋应现阶段的行业“浪潮”的引导，渐渐成为我国现行建筑行业的 主导。然而，老旧房屋改造技术执行时依旧还“传统”，与我国“可持续发展” 和“绿色建筑”理念仍有一定距离。因此，通过利用现行最为绿色的“被动房” 技术与我国现行最为流行的老旧房屋改造相结合，改造出既适合我国国民居住 又能很好地节约资源、合理经济的房屋是我国建筑行业的必然发展方向。 关键词： 被动房技术;既有建筑改造;技术要点;绿色建筑;可持续发展;建筑节能; 节地； 作者简介：姚越(1992),男，山西太谷人，硕士，研究方向：钢结构 (2274600086@qq. com)。 作者简介：李海旺(1961),男，教授，屮国标准化学会轻钢结构委员会委员、 国际薄壳与空间结构学会(1ASS) “动力与稳定”研究组成员。 收稿日期：2017-03-20 Passive House” Technology for retrofitting old Houses YAO Yue LI Hai-wang College of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Taiyuan University of Technology; Abstract： In the field of sustainable building research in the world, upassive house” technology as an important research object, is getting more and more att ention by the domestic con structi on indus try. Gen erally speaking, the passive house” technology refers to the reasonable and cnvironmcntally fricndly technology to minimizc the building cnergy consumption, achieving minimization of the building heat loss.In China, old house retrofitting accounts for a large percentage of building area, because of the reducing of building area, and people realize using farmland as building area is not proper and reasonable, so retrofitting old houses is being the t rend of the const rue tion in dus try. However, the technology in old building retrofitting is not mature, which is a bit far from the ideas of sustainable development and green construction. So, combining the “passive house ” technology with the old houses retrofitting wi11 get suitable, economic and reasonable buiIdings for inhabitemts, conserving resources, which is the inevitable direction in Chinese building industry.
