摘 摘 要 广州火车站是华南地区最大的火车客运站。随着中国铁路的不断提速，广州 火车站的客流量也不断增大。为了能够更好的为旅客服务，有必要建立一套调度 信息系统。通过调度信息系统的辅助，加强各部门之间的信息沟通，提高生产效 率。 本文结合广州火车站各部门的工作特点，对系统的用户需求进行了分析。将 系统划分为运转、客运、乘务、统计分析四个子系统。并对各个子系统的数据结 构进行了设计。根据系统功能模块的划分，文中给出了关键模块的程序设计代码， 并在程序设计完成后进行了举例演示。 本系统采用了C／S结构，在Windows平台上开发。数据库使用了SQL SERVER2000，开发语言使用VB。从系统的设计、开发和应用来看，本系统具有 如下特点： 1．整个系统采用开放性模块化设计，易于在系统上增加新的业务功能，有利 于系统的扩容。用户可根据不断增长的业务需求，在不增加原系统规模的前提下， 增加应用模块即可实现对系统的扩充和重组。 2．使用可视化的流程生成工具，易于业务流程的扩展与重组。 3．系统提供数据采集，数据分析的手段。 4．采用C／S方式，通过铁路内部网络相连，从而实现各个工作岗位之间的信 息交换，有利于系统的推广和应用。 关键词：广州火车站；管理信息系统；调度；设计 AbstractThe Abstract The Gangzhou railway station is the most important passenger transport railway station．With the speed of train be improve，more and more passengers go to Guangzhou railway station．It is importint to build a new Adjust Management Information Systems for the sake of serve the passengers better．With the system，the information can be passed with great efficiency，and the quality of the work be improve． The article describe the specialty of the departments in Guangzhou railway station，and analysis the demand of the system．The Information System be partition four subsystem．，the operation subsystem，the passenger transport subsystem，the train work subsystem and the stat subsystem．And the article show the import program code of the system．At the last，the article show the demo of the system． The structure of the system is the clien／server mode，and the system run on windows．The database of system is SQL Server 2000，and the programme tool is Visual Basic．In terms of design，development and application，this system has the following characteristics： 1．The whole system adopts the opening module design，so it is easy for new functions to be added，and favorable for the systematic dilatation．According to the increasing constantly business demand，on the premise of not increasing the scale of the original system，users can add application module to realize the expansion and reorganization to the system． 2．This system USeS the visible proc
