干预的目的是: 阻止、减少、延缓及逆转衰弱的严重性，预防或减少衰弱带来的不良健康结果[15]。有效的干预能够给衰弱老人、他们的家庭乃至整个社会带来巨大的获益。 目前关于衰弱干预的研究多是针对国外老年人，我国在这方面几乎处于空白，因此有必要进行此方面研究，结合我国老年人体质、饮食、生活习惯及常见的运动方式，如太极拳、广场舞等，探讨适合本土化的衰弱状况预防及干预方式，改善老年人健康状况。 总 结 [15] Chen X, Mao G, Leng SX.
