The CRSwNP were 13 species and the CONTROL group were 6 species. The 6 bacterial isolates in CONTROL group were all exist in other 3 groups. The rate of Streptococcus viridans and coagulase negative staphylococcus (CN-S) was not significantly higher Compared with CONTROL group.(≥10000CFU/ml presumed positive sample ,P＞0.05) Conclusion Compared with CONTROL group,the bacterial isolates shared in the four group were not significantly higher by reseaching the quantitative-bacterial culture results(P＞0.05) Two of all the bacterial isolates were β-lactamase positive, which was lower than document reported. Nasal conditioned pathogens of Ampicillin resistance were very frequent. Antibiotic resistance of some enteric bacilli were serious,up to 10 kinds of antibiotic resistance. Bacterial cultrue from nasal lavage was not conducive to detect anaerobic bacteria. All samples were not detected department anaerobes. The proportion of aerobic bacteria detected close to the results reported in the literature at home and abroad.
