哈尔滨市某社区居民心身健康现况及影响因素分析 邵伟1宁南2于方2邱晓惠2李亚洲2韩冬2杨艳杰2 (1.黑龙江省医院150036; 2.哈尔滨医科大学医学心理学教研室150081) 【摘要】目的：了解哈尔滨市某社区居民心理健现况，并探讨其影响因素。方法： 釆取整群抽样的方法，对哈尔滨市某社区15岁以上的1002名居民进行心理健康 现况的问卷调查。结果：社区居民的健康评定总分为347.00plusmn;51.71，生 理健康得分为138.73plusmn;19.01,心理健康得分为113. 23plusmn;24. 60,社 会健康得分94. 93plusmn;18. 43;不同年龄、学历、职业、婚姻状况社IX居民 健康状况不同；居民心身健康与年龄、文化程度、职业及婚姻状况呈线性回归关 系，其中与文化程度呈正相关，与居民年龄呈负相关。结论：哈尔滨市社区居 民心身健康状况较差；年龄、文化程度、职业和婚姻状况是社区居民心身健康影 响因素。 【关键词】社区居民；心理健康 The mental health status survey of the residents of a community in Harbin 【Abstract】 Objective : To investigate the state of mental and physical health of the community people in Harbin and to explore the influencingfactors.Methods : Random grouping method was applied to investigate 1002 residents older than 15 from community in Harbin,and assessed with mental health status. Results : By centesimal standard ,the scores of the self-rated health of community citizen in Harbin were 347.00plusmn;51.71, the scores of the selfratedphysical health of community citizen werel38.73plusmn;19.01, the scores of the self-rated mental health of community citizen were 113.23plusmn;24.60, thescores of the self-rated social health of community citizen were 94.93plusmn;18.43, there was a significant difference(Plt;0.05);The health scores of communitycitizen in different age ,educational,vocational and marital status were differen (t Plt;0.05) ; The scores of mental and physical health in community citizenwas linearly related to age ,educational,vocational ,and the state of matrimony ,the scores of mental and physical health was positively related to educational,vocational, was negatively related to age and the state matrimony,there was a statistical significant.Conclusion： The self-rated health of Harbin communityresidents is not good.
