面向区域知识承载力的区域创新政策评价研究Study 面向区域知识承载力的区域创新政策评价研究 Study on Regional Knowledge Carrying Capacity of Regional Innovation Policy Assessment Abstract Unbalanced regional development is an important problem facing Chinas economic and social development．Regional innovation policy for solving the problem of imbalanced regio． nal development area，that is the country to make the arrangement basis on regional compara- tive advantage and policy in different areas，in order to promote regional development，prom- oting regional coordination．Therefore，regional innovation policy constitutes an important part of China’S macro—control pol icies and economic regulation system．With the rapid devel— opment of regional economy,the strength and influence of the regional innovation policy bec· omes more and more important，has become an important driving force for regional economic development．In the rapid development of science and technology now,however,the core ele— ment of the regional development knowledge capacity is becoming more and more attention by policymakers．Regional innovation policy has become a significant prerequisite to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of regional economy．Innovation policy is an impor- tant guarantee of continued innovation power．Therefore，this article is in perspective of regi- onal knowledge capacity,to study the impact of regional innovation policies to knowledge bearing capacity．It aims to raise the importance of regional innovation policy and the impact on the knowledge bearing capacity．Provide reasonable reference for policy-makers． Therefore，based on the bearing capacity of regional knowledge and the theory of regio— nal innovation policies，Set up regional innovation policy impact on the bearing capacity of knowledge of the evaluation index system，constructing the model of regional innovation po— l icy impact on the knowledge bearing capacity．As Zhej iang，Jiangsu，Shanghai and Beij ing’S innovation policy as example，case studies of regional
