针灸与功能训练联用治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效观察 王珍(新津县中医医院针灸科 四川新津 611430) 【中图分类号】R245【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2013)25-0417-02 【摘要】目的 对针灸与功能训练联合使用治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效进行观 察和分析。方法 将我院收治的122例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为两组，分别为对照组 和治疗组，每组61人，分组的方法为随机抽取。对两组患者进行常规的基础治 疗以及功能训练，治疗组在此基础上，加用针灸治疗。对两组患者在治疗前后的 牛存质量进行评分，将结果进行比较分析。结果观察组和治疗组两组患者经过 基础治疗以及功能训练之后，症状都有了好转，同治疗前相比较差异有统计学意 义(Plt;0.05)o但是治疗组患者症状的改善要明显优于对照组，将两组患者的治 疗效果进行比较，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论针灸与功能训练联用治疗 脑卒中偏瘫患者可以明显地改善患者的症状，提高患者的牛活质量。 【关键词】针灸功能训练脑卒中偏瘫 Acupuncture with Function Training Combination Treatment Curative Effect Observation of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia [Abstract] Objective Combined the use of acupuncture with function training the curative effect of treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia were observed and analyzed. Methods Will our hospital 122 cases of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients were divided into two groups, control group and treatment group respectively^nd each group of 61 people, grouping method for random. On two groups of patients on the basis of the conventional treatment and functional training, on this basis, the treatment group and acupuncture treatment. On two groups of patients survival quality score before and after therapy, then compare the results. Results Observation group and the treatment group after two groups of patients after basic treatment and functional training, symptoms have improved, compared with before treatment was statistically significant differenee (P lt; 0.05). But the treatment group patients with symptoms improved significantly better than the control group, compared the curative effect of two groups of patients, the difference was statistically significant(P lt; 0.05).
