Methods: The patients group: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients without hemodialysis(90 cases)who were hospitalized in the department of kidney disease of the affiliated hospital of Qinghai university from January 2012 to September 2012 were divided into three groups, group 1: GFR ≥60 ml/min (CKD1 - 2), group 2: GFR30-59 ml/min (CKD3), group 3: GFR ≤29 ml/min (CKD4-5); The glomerular filtration rate of the patients use the MDRD formula calculation, GFR(ml/min / 1.73 m2) = 186 x Scr (mg/dl) - 1.154 x [age (years old)] - 0.203 x(0.742 women) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage, Inclusion criteria: (1) According to2002, the K/DOQI; (2) All the patients are voluntary. Exclusion criteria: (1) the abnormal liver function;(2) use the calcium phosphorus metabolism of drugs such as calcium, phosphorus and vitamin D, etc，without back to normal(3) one month ago acuted infection (4) the primary disease of chronic kidney disease is diabetes .(5)hyperparathyroidism, multiple myeloma, and bone disease caused by application of glucocorticoids.
