摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 随着电子科学技术以及计算机网络技术的发展，网络教学近年来发展十分迅速，已 经进入了全面数字化、网络化的崭新发展阶段。以计算机技术为主体的信息技术为网络 教学带来了突破性的进展，视频音频信息的网络化传输及呈现便是当今网络教学发展的 典型代表。通过Internet传输视频音频信息，扩宽了网络教学的施教范围，加快了教 育的数字化、信息化、网络化、终生化的实现。在网络教学发展的进程中，采用流媒体 技术，能够有效地突破低速接入Internet方式下带宽瓶颈，克服文件下载传输方式的 不足，实现视频音频信息在Internet上的流式传输。流媒体技术有可能成为实现视频 音频信息网上传输与再现的主要技术手段。本文简要介绍了网络教学平台、流媒体技术 及传输方法、流媒体文件及流媒体系统的组成，详细阐述了流媒体技术的传输原理，并 通过实验分析比较现存的三种网上视频音频技术解决方案，重点阐述了Macromedia公 司的SWF+FlashCom技术。最后，本文提供了基于SWF+FlashCom技术的网络教学应 用的一个实例。 关键词：流媒体 网络教学 SWF F!ashCom AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract As the development of networks teaching and computer network technology,networks teaching develops quickly,being faced up a new period of all-around digital and networking． Information Technology,computer technology as the key part，brings TV technology domain many breakthroughs，onc typical representation of which is to deliver and present video signal over the network—Delivering video and audio signal over Internet can broaden the teaching extensions of networks teaching，accelerate the education to realize digital， informational，networking and lifelong．In the stepping of web education，the application of streaming media technology will break through the‘bottleneck”of bandwidth of Intemet， which is connected in low bit rate，make video and audio signal delivered over Interact effectively,which is called‘‘streaming delivery’and can obviously improve the deficiencies in download method．Streaming media technology maybe the main technological means for delivery and representation ofvideo signal over network．At first，this article briefly introduces platform for networks teaching，streaming media technology and transmission method and streaming media document，in detail expounds the transmission principle of streaming media technology,and on base of experiment analyze and compare the current three solution projects of the video and audio technology,expound cmphasis SWF plus FlashCom technology．It is talked that a example based on SWF plus FlashCom
