The system can not only find the Railway vehicle of hidden trouble，but also provide the t?rst-hand data for the vehicle repaìr，50 which has the significant meaning for ensuring the wagon driving safety and the level of cars under repair. Beyond what has been stated、it also integrates with the system of automatic car identification ，resulted in the advance of management of oper at ion and safe ty . To improve the level of safety management in China，a primary design of the monitoring system about the general layout，main function ， network connections ，software and hardware design，data communícation and 50 on is accomplished ，which makes use of the incorporate t巳chnology of optics，electrics and mechanics ，including the technology of laser scan and position sensitive detector，free-vibra sensor，CAN-bus，automatic ínspection and mesureme 时， DCS autocontrol. The equipment wiU improve the level of safety management of our country. ?
