微创小梁切除联合生物羊膜移植术治疗青光眼效果探讨 鲁红宇张祥元 湖南省岳阳市爱尔眼科医院414000 目的探讨微创小梁切除联合牛物羊膜移植术治疗青光眼临床效果。 方法随机选取2012年12月~2013年12月我院收治的闭角型青光眼患者57例 (64眼)，分为观察组与对照组，每组眼32只，分别给予微创小梁切除联合生 物羊膜移植术治疗、常规手术治疗，比较治疗后两组的眼压、滤过泡、色素膜及 角膜内皮情况。结果随访12个月，结果显示两组患者在眼压、恢复功能滤过 泡两项指标无明显差异(P0.05)；术后，观察组色素膜反应轻，且脉络膜脱落 率明显低于对照组，差异显著(P0.05)；观察组术后12个月内皮丢失率9.6%, 明显低于对照组的16.30%,差异具有统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论微创小梁切 除联合生物羊膜移植术治疗青光眼临床效果显著，手术创伤小，且术后内皮损失 少、色素膜反应轻，值得在青光眼临床治疗上推广使用。 关键词微创小梁切除；生物羊膜移植术；青光眼；临床疗效 Abstract Objective To explore minimally invasive trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of glaucoma clinical results.Methods Randomly selected in December 2012 ? closedgle glaucoma in December 2013 in our hospital 57 cases (64 eyes) were divided into observation group and control group 32 eyes were treated with minimally invasive trabecular resection and biological amniotic membrane transplantation, conventional surgery, comparing the two groups after treatment I0P, bleb, corneal endothelial membrane cytochrome situatio n.Results The follow ?up of 12 mon ths, patie nts in both groups showed I0P recovery blebs showed no significant differenee between the two (Pgt; 0.05)； surgery, light observation group pigment membrane reactor, and the dropout rate was sign讦icantly lower than the choroid the control group, the differenee was significa nt(P lt;0.05)； observati on group after 12 mon ths of endothelial loss rate of 9.6%, sign讦icantly lower than the 16.30% in the control group, the differenee was statistically sign讦icant (P lt;0.05) .Conclusion Minimally invasive trabeculectomy with amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of glaucoma significant clinical effect, surgical trauma, and postoperative endothelial less loss, light pigment membrane reactor should be introduced in the clinical treatment of glaucoma.
