I I 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 一家矿山企业能否立足于市场，整个工业行业能否正常的发展，很大程度上取决于 它成本的高低，然而当今矿山企业却面临着生产成本逐年提高的危机。因此，矿山企业 生产成本的控制问题成为当今资源管理问题的热点。本文利用模块化理论对矿山企业生 产成本进行研究分析，对矿山企业生产成本进行模块化管理，并根据研究结论，针对矿 山企业如何进行生产成本控制提出对策和建议。 论文首先对相关国内外研究现状进行了综述，包括模块化相关理论、成本管理思想， 成本控制模型等相关研究现状；回顾了模块化基本类型、条件及实施步骤，对生产成本 控制中成本分析模型和预测模型进行了相应的研究分析；在此基础上，对矿山企业生产 成本进行了模块化划分及模块设计，将矿山企业的生产成本分为采矿成本模块、选矿成 本模块及冶炼成本模块。在对矿山企业生产成本模块化的基础上对各个模块中的生产成 本进行了生产成本的分析及预测，建立了生产成本的主成分分析模型，对影响生产成本 的各个因素进行了分析，并指出了影响成本变动的主要因素，及主要因素与生产成本的 关联度大小；建立了生产成本预测模型，使企业在改变生产指标时能估计出生产成本的 变动大小。矿山企业在生产过程中，企业往往每隔一段时间改变生产考核指标，通过进 一步加工的精准数学模型，企业在改变生产指标的时候，也能较为精准的知道该过程生 产成本的变动情况。最后，对论文的主要结论进行总结，并进一步探索今后的研究方向。 关键词：生产成本，模块化，成本分析，成本预测 II II 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Whether a mining company based on the market, whet her the norma l development of industria l sector depends largely on the level of its costs, however, mining companies today are facing a crisis of product ion costs increase year by year. Therefore, that issue become s one of the most important roles of resource ma nagement. In this paper, a modular theor y of mine product ion cost analysis, cost of mine product ion modular managed, and based on the conclusions of product ion for mining enterprises to carry out cost control measures and suggest ions put forward. Firstly the releva nt domest ic and internationa l research was reviewed, including the theor y of modular, cost ma nagement ideas, models and other cost control related research; reviewed the basic types of modular, conditions and implementation steps, the product ion cost analysis model for cost control and the correspond ing predict ion model analysis; On this basis, mine product ion costs on a modular division and module design, mine product ion costs will be divided into modules of mining costs, processing costs and smelting costs module module. Mine product ion costs on the basis of modularity in the product ion of each module costs the cost of product ion analysis and forecasting, to establish the cost of product ion of prin
