京津冀城市群和机场群协调发展研究 安斌 摘要：“十三五”以来，我国经济社会发展面临着新形势新机遇，并且雄安新区的横空出世，为京津冀城 市群发展注入了新的活力。为京津冀协同发展提供有力支撑和保障，紧密围绕京津冀民航协同发展，打造 国际一流的航空枢纽，建设京津冀世界级机场群。本文运用熵权原理、耦合度模型和协调度模型对京津冀 主要机场的通航城市进行城市群发展和机场群发展协调程度评价分析。相关结果显示，京津冀城市群发展 指数和机场群发展指数存在一定差异，尚未达到同步阶段；城市群和机场群总体发展趋势良好，但除北京、 天津外，大部分城市尚处于失调或濒临失调阶段，空间发展、经济产业发展、航空枢纽建设尚未达到协同 发展。因此，需要从承接北京非首都功能、优化产业结构升级、打造区域航空枢纽等方面促进京津冀城市 群和机场群的协调发展。 关键词：京津冀，城市群，机场群，协调发展 Research OntheCoordinatedDevelopment ofBeijing-Tianjin-HebeiUrban Agglomeration andAirportAgglomeration Abstract: Beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration and the airport group of the coordinated development of research since much starker choices-and graver consequences-in , Chinas economic and social development is facing new opportunities and new trend was born, and the male AnXin area of beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration development has injected new vitality.It will provide strong support and guarantee for the coordinated development of Beijing, tianjin and hebei, build an international first-class aviation hub and build a world-class airport group in Beijing, tianjin and hebei around the coordinated development of Beijing, tianjin and hebei civil aviation.In this paper, entropy weight principle, coupling model and coordination model are used to evaluate the development and coordination degree of urban agglomeration and airport agglomeration in the navigable cities of Beijing, tianjin and hebei major airports.The results show that there are some differences between the development index ofbeijing-tianjin-hebeiurban agglomeration and the development index of airport agglomeration.Overall development trend of urban agglomeration and the airport is good, but in addition to Beijing,tianjin,most ofthe city was still in the stage of disorder or on the verge of disorder, spatial development, jinji industry development,the coordinated development of aviation hub development has
