中西医结合治疗急性颅脑外伤患者的临床对照研究 冼建平 （广州市天河区中医医院 广东广州510655） ［摘 要］目的：结合临床实践经验，探讨中西医结合治疗急性颅脑外伤 伴颅内血肿患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年1月?2015年8月期间收 治的129例急性颅脑外伤伴颅内血肿患者为研究对象，随机分为3组，每组43 人，分别采用中医、西医、中西医结合的方式进行治疗，比较3组患者的疗效。 结果：中医组和西医组的总体有效率差别无统计学意义，而两者与中西医结合组 的总体有效率差别有统计学意义，中西医结合组的疗效明显优于中医组、西医组。 中医组和西医组的血肿消失时间直接差别无统计学意义，中西医结合组的血肿 消失时间明显少于中医组和西医组，差别有统计学意义，提示了中西医结合治疗 的优越性。结论：中西医结合治疗急性颅脑外伤伴颅内血肿疗效明显而确切， 可缩短疗程和减少患者的医疗费用，值得推广应用。 ［关键词］急性颅脑损伤；颅内血肿；中西医结合 Abstract: Objective: Clinical practice experienee of integrated traditional and wester n treatme nt of acute brain in jury with intracra nial hematoma in patie nts with clinical efficacy. Methods: In the hospital, from January, 2008 to December,2009,129 patie nts admitted to our hospital with acute brai n in jury patients with intracra nial hematoma subjects were randomly divided into three groups, 43 were used chinese medicine, western medicine chinese and western medicine as the way for treatment, the efficacy of three groups of patients? Results: Chinese medicine and western medicine group, overall there was no sigrdficant differenee in efficiency, both of Integrated traditional and western group and the overall statistically significant difference in efficiency, combining chinese and western medicine group, significantly better than group, western group? Chinese medicine and western medicine group, the disappearanee time of hematoma was no significant difference between direct, integrative medicine hematoma group was significantly less than the disappearanee time of chinese medicine and western medicine group, the difference was statistically sign讦icant, suggesting the superiority of integrative medicine. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of acute brain injury with intracranial hematoma was effective and precise, can shorten the course of treatment and reduce health care costs of patients, especially worth promoting.
