中药联合针刺治疗肿瘤相关性顽固性呃逆疗效观察 李东伦张永强?？ （宜宾县人民医院四川宜宾644600） 【摘要】目的：探讨中医药辩证论治联合针刺治疗肿瘤相关性顽固性呃逆 的治疗效果。方法：选取经我科明确诊断为消化道各类恶性肿瘤且发牛顽固性呃 逆的80例患者。随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组采取肌肉注射氯丙嗪、胃复 安、氟哌唳醇治疗，治疗组采取中医药辨论治证联合穴位针刺治疗。结果：对照 组和治疗组总有效率相比较，差异有显著性（Pt;0.05）,治疗组总有效率明显 高于对照组。中医药辩证论分型联合针刺治疗，胃寒证、脾胃阳虚证和气滞证有 效率与对照组比较差异有显箸性（Pt;0.05）,效果最好的是胃寒证，其次是脾 胃阳虚证和气滞证。结论：中医药辩证论治联合针刺治疗肿瘤相关性顽固性呃逆 效果好，值得推广。 【关键词】中医药辩证论治；？针刺；？肿瘤？；顽固性呃逆 【中图分类号】R242 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 （2015） 27-0026-03 Observations on the?Therapeutic?Effect of?Chinese?Dialectical?Medici ne?plus?Acup un cture?Treatme nt?on In tractable?Hiccup Li DongLun, Zhang Yongqiang.
