中药炮制的现状及发展思路 高萍(永州市冰水滩区中心医院中药房湖南永州425000) 【中图分类号】R283【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085 (2012) 1-0431-03 【摘要】中药炮制是一门综合性、应用型学科，它的知识面广、涵盖内容多，与 许多学科如中药化学、药理学、分析化学、制药工程、临床诊断等等都有着密切 的联系。中药炮制同时也是一门传统与现代相结合的学科。现代仪器和科研方法 与炮制技术己紧密结合，目前有关中药炮制方方面面的研究报道可谓是层出不穷, 但是笔者以为目前一个最亟待解决的问题就是炮制的机理研究不够深入，或者说 炮制的机理研究落后于应用研究。这里的机理研究是指针对中药炮制前后化学成 分和药理作用等方面的变化而进行的研究，并以此来验证和丰富炮制的原理，而 应用研究则偏指炮制工艺及质量控制等方面的相关技术的研究。从根本上来看， 中药炮制前后化学成份不清楚，药理作用不明，炮制工艺将无从筛选，质量控制 也难以实现。因此，重视炮制机理的研究势在必行。 【关键词】中药炮制机理研究发展思路 [Abstract] Chinese herbal medicine is a comprehensive discipline, applied type, it has a wide range of knowledge, the content covers, with many disciplines such as chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical engineericlinical diag nosis and so on are closely lin ked. Chinese herbal medicine is also a combi nation of traditi on al a nd moder n scie nee. Modern equipme nt and scie ntific research methods and processing technology has been closely, the Chinese medicine processing aspects of the research report is the emerge in an endless stream, but the author thinks at present one of the most urgent problem is that the mechanism is not eno ugh in? depth study, or that the mecha nism behind the application research. The mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine before and after processing is a pointer on the chemical composition and pharmacological action and other aspects of the changes in the research, and to verify and enrich concocted principle, and the applicati on research is partial to the processi ng tech no logy and quality con trol in the research of related tech no logy ? From the fun dame ntal point of view, traditional Chinese medicine before and after processing chemical composition pharmacological effects are unknown, un clear, processi ng tech no logy will be scree ning, quality control is difficult to achieve.
