中西医结合治疗妊娠合并甲亢的临床研究 程芙蓉(高州市第二人民医院525200) 【摘要】目的 观察中西医结合治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症患者的临床疗效。 方法 我院确诊的妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进的单胎头位产妇40例，随机分为西 医治疗组(20例)和中西医治疗组(20例)。西医治疗组口服丙基硫氧喃喘等西药治 疗，中西医结合治疗组在西医治疗的基础上服用中药方剂进行治疗。疗程结束后 检查甲状腺功能，并统计妊娠结局和分娩方式。结果 中西医结合治疗组患者甲 状腺功能检查的各项指标与西医治疗组组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),妊娠 结局及分娩方式两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)o结论中西医结合治疗妊 娠合并甲状腺功能亢进的临床疗效肯定，可建议临床推广使用。 【关键词】中西医结合 妊娠合并甲亢 临床研究 【中图分类号】R2-031【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752 (2012) 36-0174-02 Clin ical research of combi nation of chin ese traditi onal and western medicine in treatment of pregnancy complicated with hyperthyroidism [abstract】aim： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of chinese traditional and western medicine in treatment of pregnancy complicated with hyperthyroidism, methods： Select 40 parturient of singletons cephalic presentation with pregnancy complicated with hyperthyroidism, were randomly divided into two groups, with 20 in the control group and 20 in the test group, the test group took propylthiouracil and so on, the control group took Chinese traditional medicines on the basis of western medicine treatment. examination of thyroid function, and pregnancy outcome and mode of delivery after treatment.results： Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of patients with thyroid function tests of Western medicine treatment group had significant difference (P0.05), outcome and mode of delivery of two groups had sign讦icant difference(P0.05).c on elusion： Combi nation of Chin ese traditi onal and Wester n medicine in treatment of pregnancy complicated with hyperthyroidism clinical curative effect, can be recommended for clinical use? 【keyword 】Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine pregnancy complicated with hyperthyroidism clinical research 甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢）是年轻女性常见的内分泌系统疾病，女性在 妊娠期间甲状腺功能有很大改变，甲状腺激素的产生、转运和利用均发生不同程 度的变化⑴，若发生甲状腺功能异常会对产妇和胎儿造成各种不良影响，而药 物的应用也会影响母体和胎儿的甲状腺功能。甲亢合并妊娠的发生率为0.2%[2], 甲亢患者怀孕后用药及治疗的选择是否对母体和胎儿安全有效是临床经常遇到 且值得重视的问题。我院对妊娠合并甲亢的患者采取中西医结合治疗的方法，取 得了一定疗效，现将结果报道如下。 1资料与方法
