中西医治疗解服腺原体感染所致男性不育症疗效观察 欧阳俊杰(宜春学院医学院江西宜春336000) 【中图分类号】R2-031【文献标识码】B【文章编号】2095-1752 (2011) 23-0386-02 【摘要】目的 探讨中西医结合治疗解嫌嫌原体(Uu)感染所致不育症的临床 疗效。方法 将47例Uu感染所致不育症的勇性患者随机分为两组，两组抗生 素治疗均选用体外药敏实验的敏感药物。治疗组另加中药通淋止痛，清热利湿； 健脾固精或健脾补肾，温补肾阳，通络填精。结果 治疗组24例中，痊愈22 例(91.66%)；显效1例(4.17%)；好转1例(4.17%)；有效率95.83%。对照组 23例中,痊愈14例(60.87%)；显效］例(4.35%)；好转］例(4.35%)；无效7 例(30.43%)；有效率65.22%o两组痊愈率、有效率均有显著性差异(Plt;0.025), 治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 中西药结合治疗Uu所致的男性不育症能显著提 高治愈率。 【关键词】中西医结合 解腺腺原体 男性不育症 Clinical Effect Observation on the Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Male Infertility Infected by Ureaplasma Urealyticum OUYANG Jun-jie (The Medical School of Yichun University, Yichun Jiangxi 336000, China) 【Abstract 】Objective to discuss the clinical effect of the Chinese and western medicine treatme nt of male in fertility in fected by Ureaplasma urealyticum. Method: Randomly divide 47 patients of male infertility infected by Ureaplasma urealyticum into two groups, both of which receive sensitive drugs in vitro susceptibility test as antibiotics. Additional traditional Chinese medicines are used in the treatme nt group to treat str a nguria and relieve pain, eliminat damp ness and heat, nourish spleen and kidney, control nocturnal emission, warm and recuperat the kidn ey-ya ng, and dredg collaterals and reple nish esse nee. Results: 22 out of 24 (91.66%) patients in the treatment group were cured, with 1 case of markedly effect (4.17%) and 1 case of improvement (4.17%). The effective rate is 95.83%. 14 out of 23 (60.87%) patients in the control group were cured, with 1 case of markedly effect (4.35%), 1 case of improvement (4.35%) and 7 cases of no effect. The effective rate is 65.22%. The differences in recovery rate and effective rate between two groups are significant (Plt;0.025), with the treatment group superior to the control group. Conclusion: the Chinese and western medicine treatment of male infertility infected by Ureaplsma urealyticum can notably improve the cure rate. 【Key words］ the Chinese and
