中西结合治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭42例临床观察 哈尔滨体育学院黑龙江哈尔滨150008 【摘要】目的探讨中西医结合在慢性肺源性心脏病患者中的应用效果。 方法42例慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组各21例， 两组患者均给予抗感染、抗心力衰渴、平喘药物等常规西医治疗；观察组在上述 基础上加用中药汤药口服治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组在临床症 状、体征改善，临床症状缓解时间方面均优于对照组；且观察组患者的血液流变 学指标及血气分析指标，与对照组相比较都有明显的改善(Plt;0.05),观察组患 者的6mni步行距离结果明显好于对照组患者(Plt;0.05)o观察组的总有效率(％) 显箸高于对照组的总有效率(％)(Pt;0.05)。结论中西医结合可有效减轻肺心 病患者症状体征、改善临床治疗效果。 【关键词】中西医结合；心力衰竭；肺源性心脏病 Chinese and wester n medici ne Pulm on ary Heart Failure Clin ical Observati on of 42 Cases OBJECTIVE: To investigate integrative medicine in patients with chronic pulm on ary heart disease in applicati on results. Methods 42 cases of pulm on ary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group 21 cases, patients were given anti-infective, anti-heart failure, asthma medications and other conventional Western medicine; Based on the above observation group use of Chinese medicine decoction oral therapy, therapeutic effects were observed between the two groups.
