Through data analysis the paper draws following conclusions:first of all, workplace incivility has significantly negative impact on safety performanee, in which the significantly negative and privacy and isolated on safety significantly positivei solated al ienation and gossip dimension have impact on the performance of safcty seenarios, alienation have significantly negative impact performance. TIF;Secondly, work engagement has impact on safety performanee, in which the vitality and dedication dimension have signifiedntly positive impact on the performance of sccurity seeneirios, and the vitality emd focus dimcnsion have significantly impact on the performance of security tasks;thirdly, work engagement plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between workplace incivility and safety performance.
