oligometastases is 9（9.6%），the case of pre-treatment non- oligometastases with post-treatment primary lesion recurrence is 12（10.3%）,the rate of primary lesion recurrence of cerebral metastasis focus therapy is on the top（20.8%，χ2=17.113 P=0.000）.
