The research on employment service system construction of college student Summary With the employment system of college student in our country changing from distributing employment in a planned way to finding it on their own initiative, employment service system of graduate, adjusting the socialist market economy, is being built up gradually. However, current employment service system in our country is not consummate enough to satisfy the requirement of college student’s employment. State Council and The ministry of education issue documents many times requesting the advance of college student’s employment service system construction. It is obvious that the construction and improvement of college student’s employment service system involves the key factor affecting the college student’s employment. After new public administration and new public service appearing as a kind of new theory, They have brought a positive effect on government practice and public management level in western country . Many scholars expect to introduce this theory to their research fields longing for offering a new perspective for government management and public service. I have been engaged in instruction of college student’s employment long term in our university and a think on improving and innovating the mode of college student’s employment service system occurs in author’s mind. Under the background of employment influenced financial crisis, the paper analyses the current conditions and questions of college student’s employment , based on the fact of author’s job, he/she conducts empirical analysis on Gui Yang Medical University and borrows an new angle from new public management theory.
