PAGE 4 本科毕业论文 （20 届） 上海会展旅游的发展现状和对策研究 所在学院 专业班级 旅游管理 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期 上海会展旅游的发展现状和对策研究 摘 要：本文以上海为例，探讨改革开放后上海会展旅游的发展状况，直面现今上海会展旅游业存在的问题，这些问题的存在可以说是普遍存在于上海会展旅游行业，并且在很多时间内都是一个制约上海发展的瓶颈。整个行业普遍存在的问题有大体上的不完善的法律法规以及会展旅游文化、群众接受度和会展旅游教育上的短板。这些问题都引起我们的深思，为了找出积极可行的对策，我想要阐述的就是为上海会展旅游分析出自己的看法，上海会展旅游行业应该正视自己的不足，深度剖析自身存在的根本问题，认清这种现实，发挥自己的优势，找到切实可行的办法。完善各项法规、加强宣传力度和会展旅游品牌文化建设以及加快人才培养的进程，这些做法都具有重要的意义。 关键词：上海市；会展旅游；发展现状；对策研究 The Development Status And Countermeasures of MICE Tourism in Shanghai Abstract: This article discusses the concept of MICE tourism and the research status of domestic and overseas. Through the status analysis of MICE tourism in Shanghai, and on account of Shanghai MICE tourism shortcomings. The existence of these problems can be said is commonly found in MICE tourism industry, and this problems are the bottleneck which restricting the development of the Shanghai in a long time. A common problem that belong to the entire industry are largely effected by the shortcomings of she imperfect laws, regulations and the culture of the Exhibition Tourism Educations. These issues have caused us to think deeply. In order to find positive and practical solutions, I want to elaborate on the Shanghai MICE tourism analysis with my own views: The MICE tourism industry of Shanghai should face their own inadequacies, have a deep analysis of the fundamental problems of their own, recognize this reality, play to their strengths, and find practical approaches. Improving the laws and regulations, strengthening the propaganda and the constructions of MICE tourism brand culture and accelerating the process of personal training, which plays a significant roles in the development of Shanghai MICE.
