PAGE PAGE 1 企业融资成本 【摘要】随着经济的增长，我国市场经济体制已经建立，但仍处于不断发展和完善的过程中，企业发展的专项法律法规还有待于完善，同时我国以商业银行为主的银行对风险的规避使得企业从成立起就面临融资难的问题，计划经济时代忽视企业发展的情势未得到根本扭转，资金的困扰让企业停滞不前;金融危机后融资问题越加严重，大量企业因为资金链紧张面临倒闭，关键原因就是融资困难，而融资成本则是企业在融资活动中关注的重点。基于诸多现实情况，倘若企业能够降低企业融资成本，势必能够缓解和改善这种局面，本文选择企业融资成本作为研究对象的原因也正在于此。本文结合当下我国融资环境背景，通过了解和获取的企业财务数据，结合实际融资状况，发现造成企业融资成本高的原因，寻求解决办法，并在文章的结尾给出了一些建议。 【关键词】企业；融资成本；分析 Corporate financing costs [Abstract] With economic growth, Chinas market economic system has been established, but are still in the process of continuous development and improvement of the business development of special laws and regulations has yet to be improved, while our country mainly commercial banks, bank risk avoid making enterprise since its establishment facing financing problems, the planned economy era neglect of enterprise development situation has not been fundamentally reversed, so that enterprises plagued capital stagnation; after the financial crisis, the financing problem has become increasingly serious, because a lot of business capital chain tension facing bankruptcy, the key reason is the difficulty of financing, and financing costs is the focus of attention in corporate financing activities.
