哈尔滨商业大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 随着日益激烈的市场竞争，公司使用的管理理念和管理方法也发生了巨大改变。 1985年，迈克尔·波特 （Michael E. Porter）教授率先提出了价值链理论之后，价值链理 论日渐丰富，影响到企业发展的方方面面，其中对财务战略的影响尤为显著。价值链打破并 重新构建了传统财务战略的程序和方法，在价值链理论的融合下，企业逐渐开始从系统和动 态发展这两方面审视了财务战略问题并逐渐构建了符合21世纪现代公司的财务战略体系， 为维护和发展公司的核心竞争力提供了极大的帮助。财务战略的理论和方法也在现代意义这 方面得到了改进和发展。 本文首先对国内外相关研究成果进行了细致分析，发现将价值链与财务战略结合在一起 的研究相对较少，对现在的企业缺少一定的指导意义。接着介绍了有关财务战略、价值链、 价值链视角下财务战略的基础理论，为后文做好理论铺垫。论文是以苏宁易购为案例展开研 究，先对苏宁易购内部和外部价值链下的财务战略进行了分析，包括供应商应收账款池融资 战略、智慧零售战略、高效物流配送战略和新型仓储战略等。之后运用平衡记分卡在四个维 度从苏宁易购价值链的角度对财务战略的实施情况展开研究，研究结果表明，财务战略在苏 宁易购内部发挥了积极作用，对苏宁易购在同行业中保持着极强的竞争力起到了很大的推动 作用。最后本文对苏宁价值链下的财务战略进行了经验总结，以期能够给其他企业提供一些 建议。 关键词：价值链；财务战略；平衡计分卡 II - - 哈尔滨商业大学硕士学位论文 Abstract With the increasingly fierce market competition, the management idea and management methodusedby thecompany have also changedgreatly.After Professor MichaelE.Porter firstput forward the value chain theory in 1985, the value chain theory has been increasingly enriched, affecting all aspects of enterprise development, especially financial strategy.Value chain breaking andrebuildingtheprocedures andmethodsoftraditional financial strategy,under the integration of the value chain theory, enterprise gradually start from two aspects of the system and the dynamic development examines the financial strategic issues and gradually build a modern companys financial strategy system conformstothe21st century,for themaintenance and development ofthe companys core competitiveness provides a great help.
