Step1: 
Warm-up
1. T plays a video from starting out on P1 and asks Ss to figure out what problems are shown in the situations.
Q1: What do the three conversations have in common?
Q2: What would you do in similar situations?
To guide the students to be aware of proper manners in interpersonal communication.
To lead Ss to the topic, and help Ss review the topic-related words.
2.T guides Ss to talk about problems they may face in their daily life and to whom they can turn to for help when facing a certain kind of problem and why.
Questions:
What problems could you face at school?
Which of the following would be the most difficult to overcome and why?
Who will you turn to for help when facing problems and why?
Step2:
Read for main idea.
T asks Ss to read the first letter and find out what it is about.
To train students’ reading skill in getting the main idea.
Step 3:
Read for specific information
T guide Ss go into details about Ben’s problems by asking the following questions.
Questions:
1.Why was Ben disappointed with his teammate?
2.What did Ben do to his teammate?
3.Why was Ben angry with his friend?
To train students’ ability to sort out facts.
Step 4:
Prediction 
Predict what suggestions will Agony Aunt give to Ben?
To train ss prediction ability.
