Difficult points: 1. make a summary of the interview according to the mind map. 2. voice their inspirations to invent things. 教学过程(表格描述) 教学环节主要教学活动设置意图 Step 1 Warm up Teacher asks students to watch a video clip about the life in year 3000 and discuss: 1. Which of the inventions in the video interests you most? Why? 2. Which of the inventions in the video do you think will become a reality? Students share their opinions. To arouse students’ interest in it. To activate students’ background knowledge of inventions. Teacher asks Students to observe the 2 pictures in Activity 1 on page 24 and talk about how the way we live has changed over time. After discussing the reasons behind the changes, students.share their opinions in class. Step 2 Pre-reading Teacher asks students to look at the pictures and the title on 27 and guess what genre of the passage is. To instruct the students to get the features of an interview. Teacher gives a brief introduction about the features of an interview to students. Step 3 Reading for main idea Teacher asks the students to read the passage and find out: 1.
