吹瓶机吹塑理论分析与设计 摘要 PET塑料瓶由于价格低廉，透明度和密封性好，抗压强度高，并且易于成型，因此在保质期内得到广泛应用。而PET吹瓶机也在近年得到了发展，但由于研发水平还不如国外，所以国内的吹瓶机在速度和稳定性以及成品美观度上还需要一定的提升。本论文主要讲述的是中空吹瓶机吹塑时的理论分析及其设计。[1] 吹瓶机是制造成型的塑件的一种非常重要装备。经典的中空塑料成型机正在向着高速、高效、高稳定性、低人工维护成本、节能、智能化、在线诊断与维修的方向发展。未来中空塑料成型机的应用市场非常大。 [2]中国的中空塑料成型机应该立足于当代时代新产品的开发。只有在关键领域创新，才能跟上国外的步伐。 本课题是独立研究的课题。本文将首先分析挤出吹塑中空成型机的吹塑理论，分析其性能，接着完成吹塑时的一般机械与模具的选用与设计。这里所设计的成型机是单模挤出，单层塑料的挤出吹塑中空成型机。首先确定结构方案并选择材料，再设计吹塑时的参数并进行计算，之后设计合模机构和斜楔锁模机构并计算。在毕业设计的时候，我们可以使用大学了解到的知识，独立完成老师布置的任务，并为今后的设计工作奠定了良好的基础。[3] 关键词：PET瓶，中空吹塑，斜楔锁模。 Abstract Because of PETs low price, high compressive strength, good transparency and air tightness, and easy to shape, PET plastic bottles have been widely used in life, and the PET bottle blowing machine has also been developed in recent years, but because the level of research and development is not as good as that of foreign countries, the speed and stability of domestic bottle blowing machines and the aesthetics of finished products still need to be improved. This paper mainly describes the theoretical analysis and design of the blow moulding of the hollow bottle blowing machine. Bottle blowing machine is a very important equipment for manufacturing plastic parts. The classical hollow plastic moulding machine is developing towards the direction of high speed, high efficiency, high stability, low labor maintenance cost, energy saving, intelligent, online diagnosis and maintenance. The future application market of hollow plastic moulding machine is vast. Our countrys hollow plastic moulding machine must be based on the development of new products and innovation in key areas in order to keep up with the pace of foreign countries. This topic is an independent research topic. This paper will first analyze the theory of blow moulding of extrusion blow moulding hollow moulding machine, analyze its performance, and then complete the selection and design of general machinery and moulds during blow moulding.
