Step2新课部分:
老师拿出用橡皮泥捏好的类似泥土的东西,提问What is it?—This is mud. 操练mud:谐音记忆法,泥土是怎么形成的?骂的(mud)
老师提问并演示How to make mud? 给每个孩子发放一个纸杯,孩子们反复齐声说put in water,选择说得好的孩子,老师给他的纸杯里倒一些水。
提问Then, what shall we do?老师动作提示Mix in sand. 孩子们大声要求sand, 老师给每个孩子的纸杯里倒一些面粉(假设沙子),然后孩子们一边搅拌,一边说mix in sand.
老师作示范,将纸杯里的mud倒入纸盘中tip it out。孩子们照做,一边动作,一边说句子。
Pat it flat。同样,动作操练。
老师展示手上的成品,提问What is it?可以让孩子们自己想象。最后公布答案,This is a mud pie.
老师提问:Is it a hat? 孩子们自己回答
