构建农村空巢老人健康心里的研究 构建农村空巢老人健康心理的研究 摘要：目的：当下的社会，核心家庭口益增多，大家庭进入小家庭, 家庭规模缩小、社会功能减弱；社会流动越来越快，大量年轻人忙于工作 和事业，往往无暇顾及父母，导致出现许多空巢家庭。空巢家庭带出來的 空巢老人问题作为人口老龄化过程中比较突出的社会现象，对社会发展具 有一定的影响，是当前和今后政府和社会必须高度重视的问题。空巢老人 冇许多的心理问题，若适应不好极易诱发各种身心疾病，给家庭和社会带 来各种困难，从而导致一系列社会问题。因此需耍通过空巢老人自身、家 庭、社会和政府等多方面配合，來提高空巢老人的生活质量并促进心理健 康。方法：文献研究法。结果：目前多数学者的研究对象是城市空巢老人 的心理现状，而对农村空巢老人的关注较少。作为一个以农业为本的国家, 我们应该更多的关注农村发展，所以本文将对农村空巢老人的心理问题进 行探讨，构建以农村空巢老人为冃标人群的农村社区，以解决他们的心理 问题，从而为农村空巢老人的健康心理的发展提供参考。结论：构建农村 空巢老人的健康心理需耍全社会的共同参与，由于地理、文化、经济水平 等的差异，改善这一情况还有很多现实的挑战。 关键词：空巢老人；农村；心理；策略 Con struct! on of Rural Empty Nester in Men tai Health Research Abstract Objectives: the curre nt society, the core family in creases day by day, family to family, family size, social function; social mobility is more and more quick, a large nu mber of you ng people are busy with work and career; ofte n busy pare nts, led to the emerge nee of many of the empty nest family.
