Warming up Watch a video from the band Westlife. It’s the song You Raise Me Up. II. Leading in Show a job links. Tell the students if they work hard this class, they can try to be a reporter for the school radio station. Show the learning objectives. III. Pre-listening Revise the names of different music styles. Get students to name them and then read them together. Have a free talk. Talk about the music the teacher and the students like. Give the reason. Play a guessing game. Listen to music and guess the names of singers or bands. IV. While-listening Listen for the topic of the conversation. (The topic is facts about a band.)
