PAGE PAGE 21 城市单位制老年人社区参与问题研究——以杭钢南苑社区、绢纺三村和嘉绿苑社区为例 摘要：本文主要研究的在经济体制改革背景下，单位制解体后，老的单位制社区中老人年社区参与问题的研究。我在三个不同类型的单位制社区进行了居民参与情况的调查，由于我在之前去社区居委会了解社区的基本情况的时候就了解到这三个单位制社区普遍存在老龄化较严重的现象。杭钢南苑和绢纺三村的老年人在社区中总人口的占比均达到50%以上，而嘉绿苑社区的老龄化比例也将近20%。所以老年人在社区人口中就占了很大比重，而社区参与中，老年人更是其中的主力军，因此老年人在社区参与的问题就显得尤为重要。 我调查的这三个社区，分别是国企社区杭钢南苑、倒闭国企社区绢纺三村和政府机关单位社区嘉绿苑社区。针对这三个社区，在有一定了解的基础上，进行问卷调查、参与观察、结构式和无结构式访谈等研究方法，重点调查研究单位制社区中老年人社区参与的问题。并且用SPSS数据分析软件进行整理与分析，通过分析得出老年人为社区活动参与的主体，老年人参与社区活动意愿和积极性比起中青年和少年儿童来最高但整体来看参与意愿不强，参与活动的内容单一、参与程度不深主要是娱乐性活动，自发性参与活动的较少、参与意识较差，并且参与机制不健全。社工可以采用小组工作的方式发掘培养有影响力和较强参与意愿的老人，形成影响力中心，然后组织成立老年代表大会不断加深老年人的社区参与程度，逐步实现社区居民自治的目标。 关键词：单位制社区；老年人；社区参与 A Research of the Necessity and Strategies of Importing Social Work Services into Geriatric Nursing Homes Abstract： This article studies that the community participation of the elderly in the unit community after disintegration of unit system in the context of economic reform. I did some surveys of the participation of residents in three different types of unit communities where the aging problem is very serious. The elderly in the Hanggang nanyuan and Juanfang sancun communities accounts for more than 50% of the total population, while the proportion of the aging in Jialvyuan community reached nearly 20%. Therefore the issue of the community participation of the elderly is particularly important because of the large proportion of the aged.I investigated these three communities, which are state-owned Hanggang nanyuan community, the closure of state-owned Juanfang sancun communities and government units communities Jialvyuan community. On the basis of certain understanding about these communities, I did some questionnaires, using participant observation, structure and unstructured interviews and other research methods, mainly investigating the issue of community involvement of the elderly in the community.
