PAGE PAGE 25 宾馆管理信息系统的设计与实施 摘要：本文首先对宾馆客房管理系统当前所处的社会背景、系统的开发目标和意义做了简单地介绍。为后续系统的设计与实施做铺垫。系统所用的开发工具是Visual Basic 6.0和Access 2000。系统的具体开发从宾馆的功能需求分析开始。为使系统具有更强的现实意义，系统的功能模块按照宾馆在实际运营的过程中普遍需要的功能来设计。 首先，根据宾馆正常运营的步骤分析酒店的业务流程。得到业务流程之后，对系统需求进行分析，根据需求的功能划分功能模块。然后画出宾馆管理系统每一层的DFD图。接下来，设计系统的数据字典，明确数据项、数据流、数据存储和数据加工。再根据划分好的功能模块来设计开发系统。接下来要做的就是数据库的具体设计。在数据库的设计中，详细画出了各个实体的属性关系图。并且定义了每个表的字段的名称、类型和长度等，避免数据库设计时出现不必要的混乱。最后，就是系统的实施。将系统按照预设定的功能不断反复地测试与完善。在本文的结尾附上了系统运行后的每个界面。 关键词：宾馆酒店管理;管理信息系统;设计;开发;Visual Basic 6.0;Access 2000 Design and implementation of hotel management information system Abstract:This article simply introduce the social background ,goal and significance of the?development of the hotel management system.Prepare for the design and implementation of the system.The development tools of the system are Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2000.Specific development of the system begins from the analysis of the hotels functional requirements. The functional modules designed according to the actual situation to to make the system have more practical significance. First,Analysis the hotel’s business process according to operations step.After getting the business process,analysis the functional requirements of the system.Then,divide system requirements according to function,Obtain functional modules.After that you can draw each layer’s Data Flow Diagram.Secondly, design the data dictionary of the system.Define the data element,Data Flow Diagram,data processing and data storage.Then develop the system based on functional modules.Next,design the specific database.In the design of the database,we draw up the attributes of each entity relationship diagram and define each table’s name,type and length of fields.Avoid unnecessary confusion when design the database.Finally,We can implement the system.Test and improvement the system according to the preset function.At the end of this article,Attached each interface of the system which after running.
