PAGE PAGE 16 城市空巢老人社区养老的社会工作视角分析 ——以绵阳市游仙区为例 摘要：随着时代的发展和社会的进步，人口老龄化伴随着社会生产力的显著提高，成为历史的必然。在这样的大势下，人们的生活水平和医疗水平不断发展进步，以及计划生育政策的大力扶持，使得家庭结构和家庭规模也随之变化，空巢老人问题屡见不鲜，已经逐渐成为我们社会经济发展的过程中所不能忽视的问题。在我国人口老龄化快速发展的大背景下，单纯依赖传统的家庭养老和机构养老已经无法适应日益严峻的养老形式，社区养老这一新兴的养老形式也逐步发展起来，彰显出独特的优势与作用。社区养老是一种协调家庭、邻里和社区之间的关系，组合成一个综合性的服务支持团体，来满足老年人在社会生活中的各项需求，发挥出地域优势作用的同时形成纽带，协同发展，在社区范围内有效满足老人的各种服务需要。本文选取了绵阳市游仙区作为调查区域，通过对合适对象的调查研究，来了解空巢老人社区养老的现状、问题等等，再结合现行的政策和文献资料来进行一系列相关性研究。 关键词： 空巢老人，社区养老，社会工作 The analysis of social work from the angle of city Empty Nester community endowment -- In Youxian District of Mianyang city as an example Abstract: With the development of the times and the progress of the society, the aging of the population is accompanied by the remarkable increase of the social productive forces, becoming the inevitable of history.. Under the background of the rapid development of the aging of the population in our country, the traditional family pension and the pension agency mode has been unable to meet the needs of social and economic development, the community endowment this emerging form of pension has been gradually developed, highlights the unique advantage and role. Community care is a composed of family, neighborhood and community comprehensive nursing mode, to support elderly normal social life, play a geographical advantage and the formation of a link, collaborative development, within the scope of the community effectively meet the elderly services.
