PAGE PAGE 36 电商企业社会责任履行机制研究——以淘宝网为例 摘要： 我国经济自改革开放以来飞速增长，电子商务作为一种新兴的产业更是如鱼得水，但是发展过快必然带来诸多矛盾，企业社会责任履行问题就是其一。由于我国的企业社会责任研究并不久远，电商企业的社会责任履行机制缺少借鉴，当前国家也缺乏相关的法律法规约束，这就导致电商企业社会责任的缺失问题泛滥。而这些问题实实在在影响着整个中国的社会和经济，甚至与每个人都息息相关。因此，深入研究剖析我国电子商务企业的社会责任问题和履行机制，并逐步解决电商企业的社会责任问题意义重大，自然为政府、企业、社会所重点关注。 本文分析探讨了当前我国电子商务、平台企业的发展情况，论述了我国电商企业社会责任的现状，包括存在的问题以及原因等，以电子商务龙头企业淘宝网为案例，分析讨论了其在履行企业社会责任方面的作为，最后综合上述研究结果，提出符合现状的电商企业社会责任履行机制，来说明我国电子商务企业应该承担怎样的社会责任以及如何切实有效地履行社会责任，能让政府、企业、社会有所参考。 关键词： 电商企业；企业社会责任；履行机制 Research on Corporate Social ResponsibilityFulfillment Mechanism of E-commerce Enterprise ——Taking an example of Taobao Abstract: China’s economic grows rapidly since reform and opening up, and the electronic commerce is more like a duck to water as a new industry, but too fast development inevitably leads to many contradictions, corporate social responsibility（CSR）performance problem is one of them. Due to corporate social responsibility research in China is at the stage of beginning, electricity enterprises social responsibility fulfillment mechanism is lack of current reference, also lack of related laws and regulations of the constraints, this leads to the E-commerce enterprise social responsibility issues. And these problems influence the whole Chinas social and economic, even are closely related to everyone down-to-earth. Therefore, it is significant that in-depth analyze the social responsibility of our country E-commerce enterprise and the fulfillment mechanism, later gradually solving the problems of electricity enterprises social responsibility naturally is focused on by government, enterprises and society. This thesis examines and analyzes the current development situation of electronic commerce、platform enterprise in China, discusses the present status of electrical business corporate social responsibility, including the existing problems and reasons, detailed analysis the example of the leader in e-commerce businesses—Taobao typical case of corporate social responsibility.
