传统制造业企业员工“智”造能力培训与开发方法研究
摘要:对于每个企业来说,拥有不断学习、具有创新能力的员工才是制胜关键。越来越多的企业认识到了对员工进行培训和员工能力开发的重要性。知识经济时代的到来,传统制造业企业面临着培训需求分析少、培训内容单一等问题,原有的培训与开发体系已不再适应企业的发展,需要改进员工培训与开发方法。
本文主要研究了以下内容:首先通过查阅国内外“智”造能力、培训与开发的相关文献,综述了国内外在这方面的研究理论。然后通过员工 “智”造能力维度的分析,再结合问卷和访谈的方式,分析了企业员工“智”造能力培训与开发的现状和差距。最后根据企业的实际情况提出了关于培训与开发方法的建议,并对全文进行了总结。

Research on the training and development of employees wisdom in traditional manufacturing enterprises
Abstract: For each enterprise, with continuous learning, innovative ability is the key to success. More and more enterprises realize the importance of training and ability development of employees. The arrival of the era of knowledge economy, traditional manufacturing enterprises facing less training needs analysis, training content is single, the original training and development system is no longer adapt to enterprise development and need to improve employee training and development method.
This paper mainly studies the following contents: firstly, through consulting the related literature of intellectual, training and development, this paper summarizes the research theory. Then through the analysis of the employees wisdom ability dimension, combined with the questionnaire and interview, the present situation and the gap between the training and development of enterprise staffs wisdom is analyzed. Finally, according to the actual situation of enterprises, the paper puts forward some suggestions on training and development, and summarizes the full text of the paper.

一、引言
(一)研究背景及意义
传统制造业是国民经济的物质基础和工业化的产业主体,是社会进步与富民强国之本。在中国这样一个工业化进程还未完成的发展中国家,制造业在目前还占据着举足轻重的地位,可以说是我国最大的产业。随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革以及我国经济发展方式的加快转变,我国提出了《中国制造2025》这一行动纲领,要求加快制造业转型升级,全面提高发展质量和核心竞争力。在这样的背景下,给所有制造业企业带来了不小的挑战,不少企业自身内部的管理问题成为企业健康发展的重大阻碍,尤其是员工培训与能力开发方面目前存在的问题日益突显。
传统制造业企业在员工培训与开发上存在的主要问题有:1、思想上不够重视,培训的基础工作薄弱;2、培训管理的专业性和科学性存在很大的缺陷,用人理念存在误区,培训标准不
