PAGE PAGE 18 电磁式EGR阀驱动器的硬件设计 摘要：气候环境是现今人类面临的一个重大的问题，EGR阀在汽车发动机废气再循环上起着非常重要的作用，可以有效的降低NOx的排放，从而从源头减轻NOx对的大气污染。因此，对于EGR阀的研究和它的驱动方法硬件设计的研究是非常有必要的。本文在初步研究EGR阀结构、工作原理、控制特性等的基础上，简单介绍了EGR阀驱动器硬件设计。 EGR阀驱动器硬件结构以单片机为核心，功能部分主要包括：控制部分、电源转换部分、功率驱动部分、按键显示部分。电源转换部分主要是将24V电源转化为各个模块中的器件所需要的工作电源，功率驱动部分主要用了ULN2003放大芯片用以完成驱动电机对EGR阀的控制，按键显示部分包括了LED模块、按键、液晶显示器、通讯接口等一系列模块，主要用于用户控制EGR阀的工作及人机交互。软件模块的设计实在硬件电路设计的基础上进行的，其主要的功能模块包括开机与系统初始化、驱动模块、按键模块。显示程序主要就是将现实的通道值通过串行通信的方式显示出来。 最后实验证明，设计的电磁式EGR阀驱动器系统运行稳定，控制精度良好，能够按照要求进行工作，说明本次设计思路正确，达到了预期的设计要求。 关键字：电磁式EGR阀； 驱动器； 硬件设计；单片机 Hardware Design of Electromagnetic EGR Valve Driver ABSTRACT：Climate is a major problem faced by humanity today, and EGR valve plays a very important role in automobile engine exhaust gas recirculation, can reduce NOx emissions, thereby reducing NOx pollution of the atmosphere. Therefore, the Study EGR valve and its driving method of hardware design is also very necessary. In this paper, the basis of preliminary studies EGR valve structure, working principle, control characteristics, based on a brief introduction of the EGR valve drive hardware design.
