摘 要 迅速发展的经济时代,导致当前市场竞争日趋激烈,这也决定了各行各业必须千方百计的满足客户的需求,不断提高客户满意度,这已成为当今现代公司运作的基本原则。公司还应着眼于整个市场,努力满足客户需求并提高客户满意度,以稳定其市场份额。 在生活水平提高的同时人们也在不断追求美貌,中国审美产业在发展的过程中,美容行业的快速增长最具代表性。企业近些年发展迅速,但在客户满意度方面仍然存在一系列的问题亟待研究、解决。因此,为了确保企业健康持续发展,保持市场竞争优势,必须研究、采取一系列有针对性的、切实可行的对策措施,有效解决企业客户满意度现存的诸多问题[1]。 本文通过企业客户满意的度现状和存在问题的深入分析,提出提升客户满意度具有针对性、可行性的对策措施,以进一步完善企业满意度评测体系,有效提升企业客户的忠诚度与满意度,促进企业持续的健康发展。 关键词:企业; 客户满意度; 差异化服务; 激励机制; 对策措施 Abstract The rapid development of the economic era has led to increasingly fierce competition in the current market, which also determines that all walks of life must improve customer satisfaction to meet customer needs, which has become the basic principle of todays modern company operation.
