PAGE PAGE 18 中国国际资本输出对国内经济的影响 摘要：自1978年改革开放以来，尤其是中国加入WTO组织后，中国跟世界各国的经济交流也日渐紧密，国际资本流动已成为影响我国经济发展的一个重要因素。而随着国内经济的迅猛发展，我国也已然从国际资本净输入国跃升为国际资本净输出国，这是我国资本流动的一个重要表现。与此同时，国际资本输出对国内经济的影响也已成为经济学者们研究的重点， 国际资本输出对国内经济的影响巨大，不可忽视。而本文便围绕中国国际资本输出对国内经济的影响这一主要问题进行分析探讨。本文首先解释了国际资本输出的理论概念和成因，观察并了解中国国际资本输出的演进历程和规模变化。其次，分别研究了国际资本输出对国内就业、贸易以及技术水平的影响。最后，研究分析了当前中国国际资本输出在国际市场上面临的严峻问题，并针对这些问题提出一点自己的思考建议。 关键词：国际资本输出资本输出规模就业效应贸易效应 Effect of China International Capital output on the domestic economy Abstract：Since reforms in 1978，especially after Chinas accession to the WTO，China economic exchanges with countries around the world has become more closely，international capital flows have become an important factor in Chinas economic development.With the rapid development of the domestic economy，China is also already a net importer country jumped from international capital for international capital net exporter，this is an important manifestation of capital flows.At the same time，the impact of international capital output on the domestic economy has also become the focus of economic research scholars，huge international capital output on the domestic economy，can not be ignored.And this article will discuss about the impact of China on the international export of capital the domestic economy to analyze the main problems.This paper explains the theoretical concepts and causes of international capital output，observe and understand China International Capital Evolution and scale output change.Next，we studied the impact of international capital output for domestic employment, trade and technical level.Finally，study analyzed the serious problem of the current China International Capital export in the international market is facing，and make some of my thinking recommendations to address these issues.
