PAGE PAGE 18 中国教育服务贸易发展现状分析及对策研究 摘要 教育乃一国之本，是国民经济的重要组成部分，对一国经济发展起着举足轻重的作用。伟人邓小平同志曾说，科学技术是第一生产力。提高科学技术水平的关键在于提升教育服务质量和普及度。在全球经济一体化迅速发展的当今社会，信息技术发挥着越来越大的作用，国际间的教育合作与交流变得日趋频繁，作为一个崛起的新兴领域，教育服务贸易正不断吸引着全世界的目光。 由于历史文化等因素的差异，我国相对于发达国家服务贸易发展起步较晚，缺乏核心竞争力，相关体制设施不完善，长期处于服务贸易逆差。因此加快转变优化我国教育服务贸易发展模式，减缓贸易逆差的现状对我国提高国际竞争力起着至关重要的作用。本文在分析我国教育服务发展现状的基础上，结合我国实际国情，运用相关经济学知识，提出了一些相应的对策，为提升我国教育服务贸易竞争力提供一定的理论参考和实践意义。 关键词：教育服务贸易，现状，对策 The analysis of Chinese current situation of Education Services Trade and its Countermeasures Abstract Education is the soul of a country and an important component of the national economy, which plays a vital significant role in the development of the national economy. The great man Deng Xiaoping has ever said that science and technology are the primary productive forces. The development of science and technology depends on the promotion of the quality and popularity of education services trade. With the rapid development of globalization, the science technology has become increasingly crucial and international interaction and cooperation has become increasingly universal, which has attracted the whole world’s attention. Due to the differences in historical culture and other aspects, our services trade starts relatively later than western developed countries which lacks core competitiveness and specific relevant system, thus leading to the chronic services trade deficit. As a result, it’s crucial to promote the developing mode of education services trade and improve the trade deficit to enhance our international competitiveness. This article based on the current situation of Chinese education services trade, will propose the actual conditions in our country and relevant economic knowledge to put forward some reasonable countermeasures, in order to help our country to enhance the competitiveness in education services trade.
