PAGE PAGE 30 中国经济新常态分析 摘要：“中国经济新常态”无疑成为当下最热门的词汇之一，其内涵也在一次次讨论和实践中日益丰富。归根结底，中国经济新常态的本质表现为在GDP增长速度主动放缓，转而开始注重经济质量的发展。本文以此为契机，以习近平总书记在中央经济工作会议中提出的中国经济新常态的九大特点为基础，构建经济增长质量的指标模型。分析对象选取2004年至2013年十年数据，构建出经济增长的有效性、经济结构的增长、经济增长的稳定性、经济增长的福利性以及经济增长的可持续性5个维度，并对每个维度设置了相应的基础指标，一共26个。我们首先对各个维度中的基础指标进行主成分分析，求出各个维度的第一主成分得分。以第一成分得分为对象，再次进行主成分分析，确定出各个维度的权重，使用加权平均法，最终获得历年经济增长质量指数，并分析其趋势走向。文章最后通过列举我们中央政府近些年一些重大的政策举措，说明党中央为中国进入“经济新常态”铺垫好了道路，谋划好了未来。 关键词：中国经济新常态主成分分析第一主成分得分权重系数 Analysis of China’s new normal Abstract: It is without doubt that Chinas new normal has become one of the most popular economic vocabulary nowadays.Its meaning is becoming richer during a long time discuss and practice . After all, the essence of China’s new normal is to slowdown in GDP growth initiative, and instead begin to pay attention to the quality of economic development. In this paper, according to President Xi in general secretary of the Central Economic Work Conference raised nine characteristics of Chinas economy on the basis of the new normal, build quality of economic growth index model. Analysis of the object selected years from 2004 to 2013 data to construct the five dimensions of sustainable economic growth, effectiveness, economic growth structure, stability, economic growth, economic welfare and economic Economic sustainability and for each set the corresponding dimensions of 26 basic indicators.
