(2). Students can understand and read the sentences: What’s this? It’s a ...
2.Ability Aims:
(1).Students can use the main sentences to ask the names of different animals and answer them.
(2).Students can talk freely with the sentences in the right situations.
(3). Improve students ability of using language.
3.Emotion Aims:
(1). Let students know more onomatopoetic words of different animals.
(2).Students know more animals and their different regional culture.
(3).Students know the idea that “Animals are the best friends of human beings.”and intend to love and protect the animals.
(4). Develop students’ interests in learning English.

1. The understanding and reading of the sentence “What’s this?””It’s ...”

1. Warm-up
(1)Free talk
T: Hello, boys and girls!
How are you today?
Oh, I’m fine too, thank you.
We all know that spring is coming now,
Trees turn green,flowers sprout everywhere, and even the animals come out and make different sounds, right?
(2)Can you make sounds of animals? What about dogs? And the cats?
Ok, so now Let’s enjoy the sounds of the animals. Let’s go!
(3)T: That’s really a lovely song. Here are more lovely animals. See the pictures and say out their names quickly, ok?
2. Presentation
(1)T show a picture of Disneyland.
T: Today, our friends Mickey and Minnie will take us there and show a movie about their friends.
(2)T: When you watch the movie, try to find the answer of the question: What animals can you see?
(3)T: Let’s check the answer
(4)Show a shadow
T: What’s this?
Teach the sentence: It’s a duck.
(5)Practice the sentence two by two.
Practice with the game one by one.
Practice line by line.
