The competition ofcompreheive national strength ultimately depends on innovative talents. Improvingstudents innovative ability is the valuable and desirable goal of Chinese education。 Primary school stage is important for the development of students creative ability。 Through researching on Chinese current education model， developed countriesprimary school education model and the Chinese pilot schools experience， this studyattempt to build a innovative training model of primary stage which is suitable forChinas national conditio. Specifically the following conclusio: Fit， the existing training model of Chinese primary school has its uniqueadvantages. Through the “Wu Zi” character education， students have practical ability，self-study ability， interpeonal skills， ability of know black from white， andunremitting quality. While cramming teaching model has been criticized by expertsand schola， but it is undeniable that it has its own unique advantages in teachingstudents theoretical knowledge and common knowledge. In basic terms of innovationcapacity， our current training model also has its own advantages。 Second， Chinese existing primary schools training model also has itsshortcomings.
