扬州大学本科生毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 13 德国汽车工业的产业集群和提升战略分析 摘要：我国经济持续快速发展，推动了汽车市场销售的日渐火爆，由于我国人口众多，汽车市场潜力巨大。当前我国汽车工业虽然有了很大进步，但与国际水平相比，我国的汽车工业水平仍旧非常低，竞争力很弱。为了缩小差距，提升我国汽车产业的国际竞争能力，通过汽车产业集群的方式来实现我国汽车工业的跨越式发展是一种不错的选择。随着现代社会分工越来越细化，产业集群已成为当今汽车行业发展的趋势，能够在汽车产业集群区域内，形成高度竞争与合作的产业氛围，加快技术的更新换代，减少制造成本，获得规模经济效应，分散经营风险，从而快速高效地提升整个汽车产业集群的竞争能力和区域经济的竞争实力。世界上很多著名的汽车品牌都形成了自己成熟的汽车集群，日本丰田汽车城、美国的底特律汽车城、德国的斯图加特、意大利的都灵和韩国蔚山等无一不是通过产业集群的方式发展起来的。分析德国汽车行业的产业集群和战略提升，为我国汽车工业的快速发展提供借鉴具有重要现实意义。本文通过对德国汽车产业集群的理论和实践分析，在对汽车产业集群理论对我国目前的汽车工业现状进行分析，提出了发展我国汽车产业集群的政策建议。希望通过本文的研究，能够为我国的汽车产业集群发展提供理论依据与实践指导。 关键词：汽车产业集群;形成机理;战略提升;启示 Abstract: Chinas sustained and rapid economic development, promoted the auto market increasingly unpopular, due to Chinas large population, the car market potential is tremendous.
