企业文化对德国汽车工业产品竞争力的影响及启示
摘 要
企业的竞争已从产品竞争发展到服务竞争,进而发展到战略竞争。但就企业而言,尤其是以生产和销售为主的企业,所面临的竞争大多还是以产品竞争为主导的。那么这些企业如何在新的世纪里增强自己的产品竞争力,关键还是塑造优秀的企业文化。塑造优秀的企业文化是企业提升产品竞争力的核心,对于企业是至关重要的。而德国的汽车制造业向来以质量领先全球,这得益于德国汽车制造业的企业文化。德国汽车工业发展的成就和战略特征,在整个欧洲最为突出和典型。从一定意义上讲,探讨德国汽车发展战略,就是探讨欧洲汽车发展战略。本文以企业文化对德国汽车工业产品竞争力的影响,进而探讨对我国汽车企业的启示。

ABSTRACT
The competition of enterprises has changed from product competition to service competition, to the development of strategic competition. But with respect to the enterprise character, especially in the production and sales enterprises, the competition that faces mostly by product competition dominant. Then these enterprises in the new century to enhance their competitiveness, the key is to create good enterprise culture. To create good enterprise culture is the enterprise to enhance the competitiveness of products to the core, for enterprise is crucial. While Germanys automobile manufacturing industry has always been to the quality of the leading global, which benefited from the German automotive industry enterprise culture. The German automotive industry development achievement and the strategic characteristics, in the whole of Europe is the most prominent and typical. In a certain sense, of German car development strategy, is to explore the European automobile development strategy. Based on the enterprise culture to the German automotive industry product competitiveness, and then discusses the Enlightenment on China auto enterprises.
