PAGE PAGE 4 汽车和航空航天材料 一、课程介绍 《汽车和航空航天材料》是材料科学与工程专业本科生的专业选修课，本课程注重对学生材料科学与工程基本理念和汽车、航空和航天领域产业技术应用能力拓展。本课程的主要教学内容是师生互动，共同研讨汽车轻量化和新材料应用之间的关系。旨在培养学生根据汽车零部件的服役条件和性能要求、进行合理选材及制定零件工艺路线的初步能力。 本课程所涉猎的技术内容包括课堂讲授和专题研讨两个部分。课堂讲授部分包括，汽车和航空航天器及相关材料概述、汽车和航空航天用钢及其发展、汽车和航空航天用有色金属结构材料，以及汽车功能材料和新能源汽车特种材料共四个单元。专题研讨部分包括，汽车车身结构轻量化专题研讨和汽车发动机结构轻量化专题研讨两个单元。 本课程计划学时为16学时，以期末课程论文形式结课。 Introduction “Automobile and Aerospace Materials”is an optional course for undergraduates majoring in Materials Science and Engineering. This course focuses on the development of students basic concepts of material science and engineering and the technical application capabilities in the fields of automobile, aviation and aerospace. The main content of this course is the interaction between teachers and students to discuss the relationship between automobile lightweight and new material application. The aim is to cultivate the students preliminary ability of selecting materials reasonably and making process routes of automobile parts according to the service conditions and performance requirements of automobile parts. This course covers two parts: lecture and seminar. The lecture section includes four lessons: (1) overview of automobile and aerospace vehicle and related materials, (2) steel for automobile and aerospace and its development, (3) non-ferrous metal structural materials for automobile and aerospace, (4) functional materials for automobile and special materials for new energy automobile. The Symposium includes two themes: (1) the automobile body structure lightweight Symposium and (2) the automobile engine structure lightweight symposium. This course is planned to last for 16 hours.
