摘要

随着社会各界对环保的关注度逐渐提高，企业完善环境会计信息披露成为了必要。各部门在近年内相继制定并发布了与环境会计信息披露相关的一些规则制度，但规范性和可操作性还有待提高。规范企业环境会计信息的披露可以从根本上约束企业的环境活动，大大减少企业造成的生态污染。作为重污染行业的造纸业，是我国经济的重要组成部分，但是由于其生产属性，污染排放量大，对环境的破坏严重。因此，研究造纸业的环境会计信息披露具有一定的现实意义。

本文通过对民丰特纸公司2015-2017年度的年报、官网公告等进行分析，针对民丰特纸公司环境会计信息披露的方式、内容和形式存在的具体问题，结合民丰特纸公司的自身特点以及现有的环境会计信息披露的理论研究，找出其环境会计信息披露存在的问题，深入剖析问题的成因，对民丰特纸公司的环境会计信息披露给予适合该企业该行业的针对性建议。
